Guidelines for submission

All abstracts should be submitted in English.

The person submitting the abstract must be one of the authors.

Maximum number of co-authors: 10

The abstract must not exceed 300 words (does not include title) and 1 figure

Abstract layout 

Abstracts should use the following structured format:

  • Background

  • Methods

  • Results

  • Conclusions

Rules : 

  • Use generic drug names; no promotional content allowed.

  • Avoid patient names and identifying info.

  • No changes after submission.

  • Don't submit duplicate abstracts.

  • Reference tables, figure, and citations in the text.

Rules for submission 

Please adhere to the following guidelines for submitting abstracts:

1. Review the submission rules before submitting your abstract.

2. Submit your abstract online through the website; do not send abstracts via email.

3. The Scientific Committee will decide if your abstract will be accepted for Oral Communication or Poster Session.

4. Ensure that your abstract is submitted by the specified deadline; late submissions will not be considered.

5. Write your abstract in clear, high-quality English with proper grammar and spelling for potential publication.

6. Each person can present up to 2 abstracts as the primary author.

7. Authors must pay their registration fees by the Early Registration Deadline, June 30, 2024, for their abstracts to be included in the Congress Abstract (electronic version).

8. Abstract Submitters must disclose any conflicts of interest.

9. After submission, you cannot modify or correct the abstract; it will be published as is.

10. Confirm that the contact details in the system belong to the corresponding author, who will receive notifications regarding the abstract's status.

11. The corresponding author is responsible for informing co-authors about the abstract's status.

12. The Local Organising Committee will review abstracts and send scheduling information after acceptance.

13. The Local Organising Committee may withdraw abstracts that don't meet scientific standards, both before and after acceptance, and prior to publication in the abstract book.

Presentation at Congress

Instructions for preparation of oral or poster presentations will be sent together with acceptance notifications.  The presenting author of the accepted abstract must register and attend the Congress.
The oral communications that will not be accepted, can be presented as posters.
